has attained favorable results in litigation before both trial courts and appellate courts.

Among Mr. Wiles successful appellate decisions are J.P. Morgan Chase v. Howell, 883 N.E.2d 106,
(Ind.Ct.App.2007) (mortgage lender entitled to equitable subrogation.); Provident Bank v. Tri-Country Southside Asphalt, Inc.,
804 N.E.2d 161, 806 N.E.2d 802 (Ind.Ct.App.2004) (mortgage has priority over mechanic’s lien.);
PCL/Calumet v. Entercitement, LLC, 760 N.E.2d 63 (Ind.Ct.App.) (mortgage has priority over mechanic’s lien).
