Mr. Tomson has experience in a variety of areas of law with a focus on personal and commercial litigation. Mr. Tomson practices in appellate law, church law, residential and commercial mortgage foreclosures, banking and business litigation, adoption, estate planning and probate law and bankruptcy law (creditor's rights). Mr. Tomson clerked for Judge Margret Robb of the Indiana Court of Appeals for two years before joining the firm in June 2004.
