Mr. Mercer is General Counsel to the Roman Catholic
Archdiocese of Indianapolis and leads the firm's litigation
practice area. He litigates in the areas of employer
liability, civil rights, commercial enterprise, insurance
disputes and construction. Mr. Mercer also participates in
the management of the firm's residential foreclosure and
bankruptcy practice. Mr. Mercer represents lenders in
addressing litigation in the areas of truth in lending,
FDCPA, RESPA and mortgage fraud.
