Ms. McNair has extensive experience in the area of
creditors' rights. She maintains a broad general practice, but
continues to concentrate in the areas of real estate and
commercial litigation with a particular emphasis on creditors'
rights, including residential mortgage foreclosures and
bankruptcy.
