Ms. Fitzwater has experience in a wide array of areas,
including extensive experience with creditors' rights, contract
formation, business agreements, real estate and wills. Ms.
Fitzwater entered law school with intent to focus on banking law
after having three years of experience in the retail banking
industry in various management positions. She continues to use
her experience in banking law matters with the firm and has
gained extensive experience in foreclosure, bankruptcy, real
estate and banking law since 1995.
Ms. Fitzwater has been with the firm since 2000
and has handled numerous contested foreclosures. She has
skillfully represented creditors in bankruptcy court and
litigated on their behalf.
