Significant Case and Accomplishments
- Represented national and local lenders in
numerous foreclosure proceeding involving residential and
all types of commercial properties including office
building, shopping malls, agricultural properties and health
care facilities.
- Successfully represented a national top 10
lender in obtaining judgment against a mechanics lien holder
on a counterclaim for bad faith and frivolous action. The
lender was awarded its damages including reasonable attorney
fees again the lien holder and its attorney.
- Local counsel to a large Midwestern bank.
Provide counsel in numerous workouts, loan restructures and
litigation.
- Licensed title insurance agent and
manager of the firm's REO title closing department.
