Construction and Surety Law, Real Estate Law, Complex and Multi-District Litigation, Corporate and Business Law.

Mr. Basile represents both construction and surety clients in a wide variety of matters, including on residential, commercial and industrial projects, whether public or private in nature. He focuses on assisting sureties, owners, general contractors and subcontractors on transactional and litigation matters at project start-up, as well as project closeouts and payment remedies, including Mechanic's Lien and bond claim issues. Mr. Basile represents his clients statewide in the state and federal courts of Indiana, as well as in mediation and arbitration proceedings.

In addition, Mr. Basile represents title insurance companies in litigation and resolution of real estate title disputes. Individuals, start-ups companies and existing businesses hire and place their confidence in Mr. Basile to represent them on general business matters, ranging from small business needs such as incorporation, transactional and collection matters to large, complex litigation and general legal advice.
